Our Concept — Made to Order, Not from Stock

At VIQIN, we do things differently. We’re not a standard stock brand, we produce workwear on demand. We offer low MOQs, starting at 25–50 pcs per product. This gives our customers maximum flexibility while preventing overproduction and waste. We keep a core palette of standard fabrics in stock, which you can mix and match into any contrast colour combination. If a specific shade is required, we can also produce it via sublimation, our recommendation is to use sublimation mainly for contrast panels to keep the look consistent and practical.

6 Core Styles — Endless Possibilities

To make small-batch customization possible, we have developed six core styles. Within these styles, customers can choose their own colors from our standard in-stock color palette. We also offer several models where contrast colors can be customized using sublimation printing, allowing us to match any desired PMS color. The result: a consistent, distinctive corporate identity, without the need for large inventories.

Tailored Fit — Even for a Single Wearer

Does one of your customer’s team members need longer sleeves, trouser legs, or a longer back length? No problem. We can adjust garments individually—even for a single person. You can also offer oversized, regular, or fitted cuts in the same style, in both men’s and women’s fits. That’s what we call workwear on demand.

Would you like a completely unique color, design, or fabric? That’s possible too.

Sustainable Fabric Options
You can decide exactly which fabric types to use, from pre-consumed textiles to regenerative cotton, and everything in between. A higher minimum order quantity applies in this case, but feel free to ask for the conditions.

Smart Stock Management for Resellers

For resellers, VIQIN is also highly attractive when it comes to solid-colored garments such as T-shirts, sweaters, and polos. We can apply logos directly at the factory through printing or embroidery. This not only saves time and storage space, but is also more cost-effective than buying blank garments from an EU wholesaler and decorating them locally.

More and more companies prefer not to hold large stocks, and rightly so. Employee turnover and varying sizes make it risky to purchase in bulk. Our system offers the perfect solution. Even for larger end customers of our resellers, our concept is both profitable and service-oriented. For several resellers, we already produce workwear for clients with 500+ employees. We also manage weekly replenishment for these key accounts, guided by AI-based demand forecasting over a 6–12 week horizon.

We do this through a proven formula:

  • AI-driven forecasting calculates the expected replenishment three months ahead.
  • Rapid Production Triggers When an order meets the minimum quantity (e.g., 25 identical items with at least 4 per size, or 15 jackets/trousers), we start production immediately.

  • 24-Hour Delivery Capability when implemented correctly, resellers can even guarantee 24-hour delivery to their customers.
